This is Coire an t-Sneachda, one of the northern corries of the Cairngorm Massif. The name means 'The Corrie of the Snows' and because of its north-facing position, snow can often be found here well into the summer. It's easily accessible due to its proximity to the ski station, and there is a good path around to it. A very steep path (The Goat Path) leads up from the back of the corrie onto the plateau above.
Hi Keith!... Another strong panorama! I love the nice rhythm that you have created skillfully using aerial perspective to drift the eye to the distant mountain range!
